At I.Rice we offer an assortment of other fine bakery ingredients for various applications, including cream cheese based fillings, fudge bases, flavors, glazes, and spreads.

Cheese Danish Filling

Can be used as is, or as a replacement for wherever cream cheese is used. Available in Kosher Dairy and Kosher Pareve varieties.

"Kreamed" Cheese Filling

Two delicious types of fillings made with either 10% or 40% Real Cream Cheese.

Pumpkin "Kreamed" Cheese Filling

A seasonal favorite that combining the delicious flavors of pumpkin, spice and cream cheese. 

Ammonetta Paste

Used as a replacement for almond and other nut pastes, this product is allergen free and cost effective. Ammonetta Paste works extremely well as a flavor enhancer and as a filling in Danish, Bear Claws and Coffee Cake.

Fudge Bases

Made from the finest imported Dutch Cocoa, our fudge bases imparts a deep, dark rich color and adds an exquisite flavor to icings, brownies and fillings. Available in Deluxe or Supreme Dark (DeHaag).

Fruitones

Colored and flavored fruit pieces designed specifically to enhance the appearance and flavor of baked goods. We suggest adding Fruitones to muffins, cakes, icings, bagels, and donuts. Our Fruitones come in a wide variety of flavors including Lemon, Cherry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Strawberry, Orange, Banana and Spiced Apple.

Apricot Coating

This ready-to-use glaze will add a sparkling shine and help protect your fresh fruit pies, cakes, and pastries. Just heat our Apricot Coating, and brush or spray on any pastry.

Honey Glaze

A pectin-based glaze that is ready-to-use and has the mildly sweet flavor of honey. Can be used for donuts, tarts, or any pastries.

Strawberry Glaze

This starch-based glaze is perfect for fresh strawberry pies, cakes and other desserts.

Dulce de Leche and Caramel Bakery Spreads

Choose from either our rich Caramel or true Dulce de Leche spreads. Both products are ready-to-use, for topical post‐bake application and are freeze‐thaw stable. Our Caramel and Dulce de Leche spreads can be used in many applications including cheesecakes, cakes, brownies, and cookies.

Dulce de Leche Pastry Filling

Delivering the delicious flavor of rich Dulce de Leche in a filling that is both ready-to-use as well as bakeable - great for pastries, cakes and cookies!

Bakeable Chocolate Ganache

Available in both milk and dark chocolate, our new ganaches are indulgent chocolate while being both bake-stable and ready-to-use. Our Chocolate Ganache is extremely versatile ‐ try it in rugelach, as a marble in cakes, as a cookie filling, or a pastry filling for Danish, turnovers, or coffee cakes.
