Receiving
After turning right, you will see the large white building. Proceed just past the building and you’ll see the receiving department docks.
Do not back into a dock yet. Proceed to the drivers’ entrance at top of stairs & at the left of the loading docks. Announce yourself through the buzzer and an I. Rice employee will answer as soon as possible.
I. Rice & Co accepts full truckload deliveries Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. All truckload deliveries must have a dock appointment. Trucks may not arrive on site more than one hour prior to their scheduled delivery time. LTL deliveries are received on a first come, first serve basis 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Shipping
After turning left, the drivers’ entrance can be seen next to the docks.

Depending on the product and the ingredients within, we have a general order minimum of 2,000lbs per product. This can vary due to unique raw materials or specialty packaging. At I. Rice, we take pride in our flexibility and ability to work with customers of all sizes, from one pallet to one truckload.
